The Power of sharing customer success stories

One of the strategies to attract customers to your booth is to share customer success stories. You can have a display board with pictures and testimonials from your satisfied customers. It's a great way to show potential customers how your products and services have helped others in their industry.

Here’s how you can do it:

System collecting success stories

Choose a system to gather customer feedback and testimonials. You can ask your customers to provide feedback after using your products or services. This can be in a form a simple survey where you ask the most prominent questions, analyse the data and use it as a reference to make decisions about your strategy.  Make it consistent and update it every time you have a new product or when there are changes in the industry or any other reason.

Then follow up with them to ask if you can use their feedback as a testimonial on your website, marketing materials, and display boards.

Channels to feature success stories

You can use customer success stories in a variety of ways. One great way is to create a printed Newsletter only for your customers and subscribers, in a magazine format. Additionally, you can also include more diversified content to highlight the value of your brand and talk about:

Promo codes, discounts, and coupons you have for the festive periods (Easter, Summer holidays, Christmas, etc)

New product launch/collections

Thought leadership blogs (tips and tricks, how to’s, and similar)

Thought leadership podcasts

Company updates (ex., mergers and acquisitions, social and corporate responsibility acts, new leadership, etc…)

Event updates

Product reviews

Gated content  (a.ka. lead magnets such as e-books, webinars, templates, online calculators, community memberships, and similar)

This way you’re not only increasing the credibility of your products but also giving reasons for customers to buy more and attract new prospects.

Building trust

Sharing customer success stories has been a great way to build trust with potential customers. When a customer shares their positive experience with your product or service, it gives others confidence in your brand. My advice would be to make sure you have a system in place for gathering customer feedback and testimonials.  Don't be afraid to ask your customers for feedback and permission to share their success stories. And make sure you incorporate customer success stories into your marketing efforts in a variety of ways. It's a great way to build credibility and attract new customers.
